Program Details

The course is intended to provide students with food and beverage skills on both food production and service. A graduate at craft certificate level will be expected to develop skills in all catering, hospitality and hotel indusry aspects. This qualification provides the graduates with an avenue for progression into Diploma and more other higher levels in Food and Beverage.

QUALIFICATIONS

For someone to pursue this course must have attained a mean grade of D (PLAIN) and above in high school level.
