Program Details

The course is under the highly rated Hospitality industry and it has become one of the booming courses in the institution with the advantage of coast being one of the great tourist catchment regions in Kenya. With a wide range of training in this sector, our trainees undergo different levels of hospitality on:- Craft certificate in food and Beverage, Artisan- Food and Beverage and Grade test level. On completion of this course a trainee is well baked for all tasks in Hotel industry and nutrition fields where catering is involved as well as self-employment.

GRADE III,II AND I

It’s a course for those who unable to further their studies i.e. School Dropouts and those who wish to have in Food and Beverage. Anyone who holds a KCSE certificate, KCPE certificate, or those who are able to read and write can join. It’s tested by the National Industrial Training Authority [NITA] Examination Body.
